iPhone X doesn't like cold weather, Apple is working to fix mysterious bug

Apple new iPhone of the year 2017, iPhone X just find out a mysterious bug in it. iPhone X doesn't like cold weather. The display of iPhone X just become unresponsive in cold weather.

Apple said that company is aware of the issue users are facing and we are trying to fix the bug. It means an update is coming to iOS 11 soon with this new mysterious bug fix.

On Reddit user claimed that he was using iPhone X in -20 C temperatures and the screen only recognized 20 percent of the touches in cold weather. But lock and then unlocking it fixed the problem. Another user also report the same issue and he was using iPhone X in -14 C, he did the same lock and unlock trick and it work for him too.

But this bug is annoying users to tap keys multiple time and for mostly users lock and then unlock trick didn't worked. Some of the iPhone X user said they found this mysterious issue when the came out from indoor environment to cold environment.

Apple has acknowledge the issue and here what they have said on this bug:

We are aware of instances where the iPhone X screen will become temporarily unresponsive to touch after a rapid change to a cold environment. After several seconds the screen will become full responsive again. This issue will be addressed in a upcoming software update.

Well its fortunate that this mysterious issue can be fixed with a software update. Apple said that there is no issue in OLED display its just a software bug. Apple also admitted that it can only reduce the effect and not eliminate it.
